Off Centre services

Counselling, therapy, advice & info for young people 

Off Centre is a counselling, therapy, advice and psychosocial service for young people aged between 11 and 25 who are City and Hackney Residents. Our services are free, confidential and aimed at supporting City and Hackney’s young people to have greater control over their lives. We support people with all kinds of emotional and practical issues including:

sexuality  |  bereavement violence  |  depression  |  accommodation  |  college  |  stress
abuse  |  family breakdown  |  self-harm  |  anger  |  neglect  |  identity  and more

 

Off Centre's Christmas opening times 2018

Between Monday 24th Dec 2018 to Wednesday 2nd Jan 2019

Off Centre staff will be available from 10am-2pm on the following dates:

24th, 27th, 28th & 31st December 2018

Should you need support outside of these hours, please contact one of the following support services:

  • ·         Or please visit your local GP or your A&E department

 Off Centre will be open for regular appointments again from   Wednesday 2nd January 2019

Off Centre has merged with Family Action on 1st May 2018.  This means that from 1st May Off Centre has become part of Family Action's existing portfolio of services.

All of Off Centre services continue to be delivered by existing Off Centre staff, who have transfered to Family Action.
